제 아들 우석이는 가끔 영문으로 글(소설)을 쓴다.
숫자를 좋아하는 터라 글 내용엔 숫자가 많이 들어간다.
그리고 돈은 별로 좋아하지 않는 듯 한데, 물건 사고 파는 것에 대하여 관심이 많은 듯 하다.
지금 우석이 나이 열살.
아주 짧은 글이긴 하지만 세편을 썼다.
첫 작품은 아빠의 부주의로 컴 포맷을 할때, 날아가 버렸다.ㅠㅠ 너무 안타깝다.
모두 분실하기 전에 우석이의 영문 단편 소설을 이곳에 연재를 해 본다.
Lonely Beta 1.
이 우석
He was still lonely, but he had about $28,548.
He sells lots of things. He built his own house.
Someone came and watched his house.
Someone came and wants to sell, and he says, “Yes.” and sold it.
Someone wants to buy something.
He sold very cheap like a computer was $12.
People very liked it.
Thousands of people came.
The ground was very wide and some kids played at the yard. Someone screamed to Beta.
“Beeetttttaaa!” and Beta shouted. “Whhaaattttttt???!!!!”
They were very far away each other.
And the people came.
“I want to buy lots of things. 2 computers, 3 MP3 player, 9 CD player, 4 telephones, 45 books, 2 boxes of toys, and 5 Nintendo games.”
“Let’s see... altogether is $659 does that sound all right?” “OK.” Thanks much! That’s preciously $659, OK?
So he had $123,237.
Another people want to buy something.
He said, “A special emerald, 3 red couches 2 wardrobes, 6 mush table, 3 beds, 56 bookcases, 36,500 papers, 21 computers, 21 televisions, 120 analogue watches, 94 digital watches, 5 clocks and 1,200 books.”
“OK can I sell you $12,678?” “Of course!” Beta was still very lonely.
He got $1,000,097 for now.
196 peoples came and want to sell.
They want to sell 67 gigantic emeralds, 5,648,657 CDs 34 houses, 45 swimming pools, 32 wide parks, 4,784,647,421 books, 1,000,000 woods, 67 cars, 3,457 TV and 567,456,342,567 papers and asked. “How much would those costs?” “$653,234,543.”
Beta became very rich and he was no lonelier.
He took some photos and gave it to peoples.
He was very happy.
He sells houses, swimming pools, and wide parks.
Someone came and wants to be Beta’s friend.
So they married and she’s name was Taliaferro.
Beta asked lots of things.
“Are you male or female?” “I’m female”
“Next task… when’s your birthday?” “February 21st.”
“That means your sign is Pisces, is that right?” “Right on!” “So what’s your blood type?” “AB”
“One last thing… did you have any money?”
“Of course! I have $2,654”
One year later Taliaferro laid two babies.
Beta was very surprised, “Did you laid two babies?!”
“Yes, because I’m a girl!”
They went home and Taliaferro said, “take care of those babies; I have to buy a milk for babies.” “...” babies said. While he wait he talked with the babies.
He said, “Your name is Lisper and you are
They were happy because they have names. Taliaferro came. Babies drank milk. 3 years later they start to walk. “Mama...papa!” Beta was very surprised, “They can talk!” “Of course they can, because they are three and a half.”
“Is that all?” “Oh yeah, but they can’t run, but if you talk to them, they don’t understand.”
she added and explained. “But when it’s four they start to run and they can talk to mother and father.
If it’s five, they can talk very well and they go to school, (preschool).”
“You’re good at explaining” “Because it’s MY baby.”
2 years later, she said, “Now we can call Lisper and Bonnie, because they understand for now.”
“What’s your name?” Lisper said cutely, “My name is Lisper” “And you?” “My name is Bonnie.”
“How old are you?” “I’m five.”
“Let’s see... now you can go to preschool.” “Pre-school? What’s that mean?” “Preschool means kindergarten, but it’s younger than that.”
“OK” and they went to preschool.
4 hours later, they finished preschool”
“Mum, dad I’m back!” “Was it fun?” mum asked. Yeah, it was very fun! I copied a, b and c.
And they were, ant for a, bee for b and cat for c.
Tomorrow we’re going to have some quiz.
